Rosacea Care Cream

I've been using the Rosacea Care Cream for over seven years as my night cream. The rest of my skin care regimen includes prescription Metrogel, a daytime light moisturizer with SPF, a gentle cream cleanser, and weekly exfoliation. The combination of the Rosacea Care Cream and Metrogel has made a huge difference for my rosacea. I put on the Metrogel in the evening after washing my face, let it set for about an hour, then put on the Rosacea Care Cream shortly before going to bed. Without them, my skin is perennially red and blotchy, with angry patches that linger for weeks. With them, I'll have the occasional brief flareup after eating a trigger food, but my day-to-day is calm. I used to wear foundation to hide my rosacea, which of course made it worse, but going barefaced was difficult. Now I go makeup-free aside from special events.

I have been using the all natural Rosacea Formula for a couple months now. I was previously using the Meaningful Beauty skin care line and there were so many products and the process took way too much time in the morning and evenings. My skin, however, still had redness and small bumps on the surface. When I switched to the Rosacea Formula, I noticed an immediate difference. My skin felt hydrated and soft the entire day and seemed to be easier to clean at the end of the day (I use Earthly Dreams Cleansing Oil). The redness has diminished and my skin definitely looks healthier and IS softer. The only thing that surprised me (not even a complaint) is that it takes a while for the lotion to be absorbed completely. Meaning, sometimes I need to wipe off the surface of my skin when I get to work to remove excess lotion. It is HIGHLY possible I am over-applying the product or possibly that organic and natural products take time to absorb as opposed to chemically derived formulas engineered to be pulled into the skin. Regardless, my skin is now healthy, shiny and vibrant. It actually feels healthy and nourished.
